the staff was welcoming, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city next to the city centre, supermarkets. savoury breakfast, nice service. booked budget room that was cleaned.

Excellent home base for a 1-night stay. Everything was really good, yet a few employees were pretty poor. The room was perfect and had multi-channel TV, a writing desk and ironing facilities. The beds were very comfy, and the location was marvelous. Location: the hotel was near to centre, football stadium, Tram.

I loved that hotel's lobby was cute. Classic double and freshly renovated room plus luxurious bathroom. A beautiful beach, impressive view. Took a walk around city center, located relatively close to the property.

The hotel was clean with best possible location and absolutely fabulous rooms. The staff was respectful, nothing was to much trouble and they was willing to help. The attached restaurant had reasonably priced food and helpful service. Handy base for short stay.

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. So glad we choose it, it's suitable place for staying in Bilbao. Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available here. The restaurant was located within 500 feet;))
